Our real estate legal practice extends to all aspects of real estate development and finance in Romania , with broad experience and expertise in matters relating to the ownership, assembly, acquisition, development, construction, operation, financing and securing of real estate assets.

Our areas of expertise include finance, securitisation, sale and leaseback, urban renewal projects and construction contracts, as well as retail acquisition programmes, leisure, warehousing and industrial and office projects.

Specifically, we represent our clients in a wide range of matters including land use studies and site acquisition, negotiation and drafting of construction agreements, shareholder partnership and limited liability company operating agreements, as well as lease transactions and environmental law issues.

The types of real estate matters include regulatory issues related to engineering, procurement and construction agreements, issues related to the urban planning and zoning, economical and technical regime of the real estate involved, permits and approval obtaining procedures, land acquisition and negotiations of leases for properties (including the preparation of purchase and sale agreements and mortgage and funding documents), as well as the analysis and the preparation of the legal solutions for real estate investments, including major leasing transactions, concession projects or public-private partnerships.
